The coldest weather of the year, and yet it’s still in the 80s.

August is a truly special, deep tropical time to visit Nayarit Mexico. The days are typically sunny, hot (in the 90s) and humid with occasional thunderstorms late in the day.

Playa Las Tortugas is a special place in the fall. Really incredible.

This was a true tropical experience with hot, humid weather that we came to love. Turtles nesting, crabs migrating and warm water.

A relaxing and adventurous trip to Playa Las Tortugas in April. Good surf, empty beach and a near constant devil ray show in the waves.

We discovered February is an amazing time to visit Playa Las Tortugas. As usual it was warm and peaceful and lovely. The added attractions were the breaching humpback whales and bioluminescence. Unreal.
