Your La Villa Reyes Chef and Menu.

As your personal Villa Reyes chef, Maria will prepare authentic Mexican meals. This is a recommended option because La Villa Reyes is remote, and because Maria’s meals add so much to the experience.

The breakfasts and dinners are quite robust. Many families simply eat leftovers from either dinner and/or breakfast for lunch, augmented by fresh local fruit or other items you can purchase on your way from the airport.

You may substitute waffles or pancakes for any main breakfast course. Please let Maria or Mario know the day before. Maria will try to accommodate change requests that are made at least two days before the meal is to be served (she travels to Zacualpan for fresh ingredients).
